If you notice any defect in the product you have received, then you can freely conctact us via mail email@example.com or via whatsapp 9642328097 within 48 hours after the shipment is delivered to you. Mention your Order ID & Explain us the problem / defect you noticed. Please note that you have to send us 2 photos / videos explaing the problem / defect. Once you send us the above mentioned requirement, our team will check and revert you back within 48 to 72 hours with the best possible solution. In some extreme cases we may provide a free replacement.
If the shipment does not get delivered to the given address at the time of checkout within the mentioned delivery period. Contact us via Mail firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp us on 9642328097 mentioning the Order ID. Our team will update you within 24 to 48 bussiness hours.
